Just catching up. Wish I could become a consultant to the healthcare folks in big government to teach them from personal experience the pitfalls of "socialized" medicine. It's awesome in some ways, but these past eight months (and counting for many more) have taught me how horrible it is when the country runs out of money and there are not enough doctors to go around. Maybe I could hire myself out as a consultant to earn the money I'll need if it turns out that my only hope is paying for surgery across the border in the United States. Wouldn't that be rather ironic?
